As of January 1, 2018 all HRA-eligible Participants now have a faster, easier way to access their Health Reimbursement Account contributions!
HRA payment card provides direct access to your HRA balance. If you have an account balance, the card can only be used for prescriptions, coinsurance, copayments, and eligible over-the-counter (OTC) items.
- As of now, the card cannot be used for dental, vision, or chiropractic care.
- These are all in-house benefits and have allowances that may be paid directly to providers if they are in-network or reimbursed to you if they are not. Make sure you utilize these benefit allowances prior to requesting reimbursement from your HRA.
Online web portal and mobile app. For all other eligible out-of-pocket expenses, you will need to submit your receipts using either the HRA online web portal or mobile app.
Default username will be:
Your first initial, followed by your last name and the last 4 digits of your social security number.
For example: Joe Wages SS# ends in 1234. His username would be “jwages1234“.
Default Password: “carpenters” (all lowercase)
You will be able to change your password after you log in.
